A Taste of Provence in Vermont
The challenge on this French-style kitchen remodel was how to provide storage and appliances on 3 short walls in a room which could not be enlarged. Refrigerator components situated in unique places solved the problem, with under-counter freezer drawers positioned across the room. Graceful corbels balance the clean lines of cabinets and countertops. The 2-drawer dishwasher gets the discreet cabinet-like treatment. Soft yellow stucco walls, and granite countertops in ochre tones create an earthy feeling.
