Coming north on Route 7-Take Exit 3 to Arlington. Turn right at end of ramp to Historic 7A north to Manchester. After entering Manchester village, look for Equinox Village Shops, opposite the Equinox Hotel. We are in the Garden Level, one flight down from the street level. Enter from the front or park in the rear of the building and enter from there.

Coming south on Route 7-Take Exit 4 and follow Rt. 11/30 into Manchester Center. At the intersection of 11/30 and 7A, turn left (Main Street). Go approx. 1.5 miles to Manchester Village and look for the Equinox Hotel on the right. We are in the Equinox Village Shops opposite the hotel.
